Description: This geoforest is a specific flora-fauna habitat adapted to the geological formations of ancient volcanic rocks and ash stretching from the dry and wet coast to the Sukamade Lowland Rainforest. The Sukamade Geoforest Beach area is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean and is a bay formed by erosion of the slopes of an ancient volcano. The sloping beach topography with a wide expanse of unspoiled sand makes it possible for four types of turtles from seven species in the world to land and lay eggs.
