Description: We intend to create a place where people from the community and foreign visitors can learn about the species of sea turtles that exist in the world and those that arrive in the area. In addition to the importance that these play in the ecosystems and the threats they present. In this space we intend to hold educational talks, games and contests for the children of the area in order to sensitize them with these species and the importance of beach cleaning and waste management. We also want to incorporate them into beach cleaning tasks and monitoring the nesting of sea turtles in the area. For adults, we will also hold educational talks and work on identifying potentialities and promoting the development of the place. On this site we intend to implement the sale of handicrafts and t-shirts by the community, which promote the conservation of biodiversity. This will represent a new way of entry for the premises in the area. In this center we will project videos where national and foreign visitors will learn about the main efforts made by Cuba and other regions for the conservation of these species. We will also hold workshops and exhibitions of paintings and photography that reflect the main problems of biodiversity in this place.
