Description: Grand-Connétable Island is located some ten kilometers off the coast of French Guiana. It covers 7,852 hectares and is managed by the GEPOG association. It is a sanctuary for seabirds and marine biodiversity. In particular, it is a feeding area for young green turtles. Photo-identification monitoring has been carried out since 2019.
